Mark's operational experience includes responsibility for standardizing operational best practices, architectural design, purchasing and trade partner relationship management, home production processes including construction scheduling and quality assurance, marketing and sales management and homeowner service.

Mark's goal in helping companies to achieve operational excellence drove him to start Blueprint Strategic Consulting, LLC where he directs clients on how to plan for growth, improve operational effectiveness, cost and cycle time reduction and on creating a great customer experience for home buyers.
