Bob has more than 25 years’ experience in global sales, marketing and branding with both private and public companies. He spent the past 15 years with Emser Tile as their chief marketing officer and vice president of business development. Prior to that, he managed, developed and distributed global product portfolios for Disney Consumer Products and also worked for Seiko Instruments developing, designing and distributing global watch brands such as Disney, Perry Ellis, Issey Miyake, Lorus, Bobby Jones, Original Penguin, and others.
During his tenure at Emser, Bob was intimately involved in the company’s homebuilder business and helped establish Emser as a leading Tile and Natural stone brand within the industry. He was a strong advocate for solving customer’s challenges and pain points, including those related to training, and believed so strongly in the On3 mission and offering that he became a partner.
